Learn about Briley

Briley Cienkosz is co-founder and CMO of NewGen Marketing. Briley is an experienced marketing and sales professional with expertise in brand development and growth, global consumer and business insights, communication plans, and direct response marketing. Cienkosz earned her BS in marketing from Southern Illinois University and completed her MBA at the University of Wisconsin.

Previously, she served as CMO for both Laser Spine Institute and H-CYTE, INC. She began her marketing career as a National Team Sales Director for Adolph Keifer and Associates, and then as a Global Retailer and Online Trade Manager for Adidas Group, where she worked with global household brands like Amazon, Zappos, and Nordstrom.

Her business marketing experience will help drive brand awareness and expansion, brand communication, and marketing and sales growth for NewGen Marketing and its clients.

What Keeps Her Going

Briley loves to spend time with her husband, her two young daughters, and her two Frenchies. Some of her favorite pastimes are spending time with her dogs, catching up with friends and family, and enjoying the sunshine and water at the beach.
