What she brings to the table: Cienkosz is an experienced marketing and sales professional with expertise in brand development and growth, global consumer and business insights, communication plans and direct response marketing. Her business marketing experience will help drive brand awareness and expansion, brand communication and marketing and sales growth for NewGen Marketing and its clients.
Gary Mancini is co-founder and COO of NewGen Marketing. Previously, Mancini served as the Vice President of Spine Care Sales and Services at Laser Spine Institute, and then as the Vice President of Patient Relations at Lung Health Institute. Additionally, he served on H-CYTE, INC. ‘s executive team as Chief Relationship Officer. Mancini completed his education at Florida State University, where he graduated with marketing and finance degrees. He is currently a member of Leadership Tampa Bay and served as the Vice Chairman of Southwest Florida Charter School Board.
What he brings to the table: Mancini has built his career around ensuring that clients under his care receive quality customer service. His areas of expertise include finding strategic solutions to meet customer needs and empowering teams under his management to provide exceptional service while driving team member engagement and increased satisfaction. His natural ability to increase operational efficiency and motivation among his teams will help create brand loyal customers for NewGen Marketing and its clients.
Sydney Foote takes on the role of Account Manager at NewGen Marketing. She has been working in the medical field for 5 years and has taken on many roles over the years. Those roles include liaison/sales director, marketing director, clinical/business operations and business consultant for Salesforce development. Sydney earned her bachelor’s degree from The University of Alabama, where she was a cheerleader for all 4 years and nationally recognized for her individual accomplishments.
What she brings to the table: Sydney has vast experience in not only the marketing and sales side of the medical field, but also the business and clinic side making her knowledge well-rounded and unique. Her exposure to all sides of healthcare help to not only promote sales growth but most importantly she will assist in the alignment of your internal operations to maximize patient retention.
